How many times have you been skiing or snowboarding?(何回したことがありますか?)

How many times have you gone skiing or snowboarding

The first sentence has the sense of going on a trip to go skiing, whereas the second sentence just means have you ever performed the action of skiing?

Have many times have you gone skiing in HOKKAIDOU?

さてと、もうひとつが、何気なく、I admit it partly --と書いた文が、また、何気なくI partially admit it と訂正されていました。

Well, I do not blame you for being confused about the difference between "partly" and "partially!" To most Americans, they are used somewhat interchangeably, and basically it is what "sounds" right. But, let me see if I can explain further.
Do you know the word 'tangible"? Usually it means a thing...something you can touch, feel, etc. it's not an idea.
Generally, we use "partly" when it is part of something whole. And, we use "partially" when it is not. Partially is used more with non-tangible description if things.
Example: "Your views/ideas are partially correct". Views are non-tangible.
"partly" is preferred for tangible descriptions (things)..."The house is partly made of stone." But many English speakers would use either of those two words in those sentences.
Another example: (advanced!)
"The lesson was only partly covered". Meaning there were sections left out.
However, more subtly (and this is confusing!!)...."The lesson was only partially covered." Meaning it was a general overview but nothing in detail.

The meal was only partly cooked...meaning it wasn't cooked enough.
The meal was partially cooked...meaning some items were cooked and other parts of the meal were not cooked at all.

Does this make any sense to you? Most casual English speakers would hardly know the difference and it may be what you have learned or what "sounds" correct. Perhaps only English teachers or writers would truly know and use the two words in the best way
