どうしようか、と迷っていたのだけれど、結局この本を｢蔵書」としておいて置くことにして、買い求めた。
母(現在86歳、痴呆症)が、2年前、だんだん具合が悪くなり、本を読むことがむずかしくなった。けれどaudibleで、朗読を聞くことは好きだった。(残念ながら今はもう聞けないのだけれど)、で、当然｢同世代の人の本がいいだろう」と勝手におもって、佐藤愛子さんなどの本のaudibleにしたら・・「元気自慢みたいでいやだ」と言われた。そうなのか・・まあ、そうなのか・・と思った。
話はとぶが、先日、こんな記事が紹介されていた。
で、話をもどして、何なら聞くかな？と何気なく選んだのが｢コンビニ人間」だった。
なぜか、「おもしろい」と一生懸命きいてくれた。
で、あらためて、読み返したのだけれど、正直、「哀れにかんじませんか？」と・・・。けれど、これを母が「おもしろい」と聞いた。
